Serpine

The serpine is a merciless and formidable man-hunter. With anywhere from one to three heads, four venomous claws and a tail whip that can punch through armor, no opening can be found to safely attack. Its body is long, slender, and covered in green scales, with a narrow head that tapers to a point though some are hooded like cobras. The legs are be muscular and clawed, resembling those of a dragon. 
In terms of behavior, a serpine may slither quickly along the ground, but its legs give it the ability to quickly climb trees or other surfaces. Along with every aspect of its perimeter guarded by fangs, tail and claws it is a lethal foe from afar as well. Being able to spit blinding venom from a hundred feet away.
