Abbot-Bishop
An Abbot-Bishop is the leader of a large monastery, appointed by the nobleman who sponsors the abbey in question. These questions are a matter of legacy, as the noble with the right to appoint the leader of an abbey often is inherited from the noble who built the abbey.
All Abbot-Bishops are drawn from the ranks of the Russet Monks. This title was only begun to be named as Abbot-Bishop after the increased presence of Roman Christianity in Britannia.
