Eclipse Mercenary Company
The greatest munren mercenary company to ever exist. For three generations, this company has sealed its name in the halls of Eternity's history. They specialized in taking down targets with magical abilities. They were most commonly employed by Brimbaria as a means of striking against the Children of the Eternals without risking brimbarian lives. Their service to brimbaria was eventually noticed by the other nations, and were employed by them.
Structure
The Eclipse mercenary company consists of six members. There are two swordsmen, (one of which being the leader) an archer, a thief, and heavy warrior, typically favoring a warhammer or axe, and a natural magic caster.
Public Agenda
They originaly pursued this line of work to provide a meathod of income based on the only skills they had, being the ability to fight.
Assets
They are the most successful mercenary company in all of Eternity. As such, they have theorium coins, and scale stone in great store, standing by so they can purchase the best in weapons and supplies.
History
They were formed by survivors of Heodar's military after the cult's resurgence in Heodar. They were first employed by Brimbaria to deal with the brimbarian pirates. When they proved their worth to the brimbarian royal court, they were put to work in dealing with the Children of the Eternals. Over the next two generations, morals quickly left most of the companies members. They became greedy, selfish, rageful. Other nations noticed their effectiveness in dealing with the cult, and employed them. They aided in stopping the cult resurgence of Fafnia, and Doh'garus. Their final job, was given to them by a member of the Doh'garus council. They were instructed to strike at another council member where it would hurt. They saw the council member's child through the window, peacefully sleeping in bed. They made their strike, and made it take just long enough for the father to respond, and watch as the child dies. Little did they know, the father was not only a sorcerer, but the most powerful one in Eternity. The man called himself Sprizen Akkamara. Sprizen hunted them down, and brutally slaughtered them.
Disbandment
After they realized who exactly they had struck, they ran. For nearly two weeks, they ran. In Brimbaria, the sorcerer who's son they had taken found them, and butchered them. No one ever heard from them, or knew who killed them.
DISBANDED/DISSOLVED
Like an eclipse, their own light fades.
