Altair Kyrian

Altair's existence was a testament to the chaotic union between the infernal and the mortal. Born in the Nine Hells, his mixed heritage made him an outcast, a creature deemed impure by both devils and mortals. His life began in a crucible of torment, raised by a cruel devil who reveled in Altair's suffering. The devil's cruelty was a constant companion, a dark shadow that loomed over every moment of Altair's existence.   Desperate to escape his tormentor, Altair sought a path to freedom. He struck a pact with Mephistopheles, the Lord of Cania, who offered him warlock powers in exchange for his service. Altair, desperate and alone, agreed. His soul was now bound to the archfiend. With newfound power, he began to plot his escape.   During a raid on a celestial plane, Altair's magic inadvertently summoned a powerful imp named Ember. The imp, expecting to be enslaved, was surprised by Altair's kindness. Recognizing Ember's wit and cunning, Altair made the imp his familiar, forming an unlikely alliance.   With Ember by his side, Altair honed his warlock skills, becoming a master of fire magic. He learned to manipulate flames precisely, turning them into a weapon and a tool. He also developed a keen intellect, using his intelligence to navigate the treacherous rivers of the Nine Hells and into the prime material world of Oearth.   Barely able to survive the streets of Greyhawk while driven by a desire for acceptance and a thirst for knowledge, Altair infiltrated the noble society. He used his charm, wit, and cunning to ingratiate himself with the elite, becoming a trusted advisor and close confidant to Lady Eleanor Targarrister. His ability to navigate the complexities of courtly life earned him, in a short period of time, the respect and influence he craved.   His thirst for knowledge and power would eventually lead him to become an adventurer. One of Altair's most daring quests involved retrieving a sacred artifact from a dangerous dungeon. The task was fraught with peril, but with the help of Ember and his warlock powers, Altair succeeded.   Despite his infernal origins and his pact with Mephistopheles, Altair had found a measure of redemption. He had escaped the clutches of his tormentor, forged an unlikely alliance with an imp, infiltrated the noble society, and proven himself to be a skilled and resourceful warlock. However, his journey is far from over.
