Renaer Brandath "Emberstar"
The Road So Far
Renaer Brandath was captured by members of the The Coalition after a night of drink with Floon Blagmaar. He was found by the party in a Coalition owned warehouse on Candle Lane in East Freeport. He told the party he believes his captors mistook Floon for himself as they were inquiring about his father's embezzlement. As a thank you to the party, he offered to help us his contacts to assist them with some of the goods the Coalition had left behind in the warehouse.
Background
Renaer Brandath is the estranged son of the former Open Lord of Freeport Herom Emberstar and a noblewoman Alethea Brandath. Since coming of age, Renaer shunned his father and led a life of adventuring till returning to Freeport a few years ago. He is rumored to live off a sizeable inheritance from his mother, who passed when he was 10 years old, and resides in the Brandath family estate. He has a reputation in Freeport as a dashing swordsman with an equally sharp tongue. He time as an adventurer has left him with many friends within the city and abroad.
After his father was ousted as the Open Lord of Freeport, many have assumed he would step forward and join the political ranks of the city.
