Bricriu
Bricriu, another one of the Namerian kingdoms, is the home of the Namer Dewain, of lies and betrayal. During the Founding Wars, Dewain betrayed his fellow Namers by allying with the Enemy, and his people have followed suit ever since. However, Dewain has no real power in his kingdom, as his two more powerful children took over as soon as they were able, leaving him a puppet on the throne and striking fear into the hearts of their people.
Structure
Officially ruled by King Dewain, but his children Sameana and Bran hold power. A Council of Nobles exists, but bows to every decision made by the rulers.

History
Founded by the Namer Dewain at the end of the Founding Wars, Bricriu spent its time at war with the other Namerian kingdoms. After the War of the Enemy, it became a republic, led by Gabrielle, daughter of Sameana, until she stepped aside.
Military
Fairly large and powerful military. Led by Bran, sometimes Sameana or her son Tertius. Not particularly skillful, and easily outmatched by the other kingdoms. Young people are conscripted into the army at eighteen.
Technological Level
Poor technological level. Any available tech is taken by the rulers, and what exists is stolen from Cadman. All outdated and in poor condition.
Foreign Relations
Extremely poor. Constantly in conflict with the other Namerian kingdoms even if not actually at war, and is unable to ally with any other worlds as a result of this tension. Until made a republic by Princess Gabrielle, foreign relations are null except for the various conflicts with the kingdoms represented by the Inter-Namer Council.
Agriculture & Industry
Agricultural and industrial power. Makes everything for itself: food, weapons, clothing, jewelry, ships.
Trade & Transport
No trade with the other kingdoms. Anything they cannot make themselves is stolen.
Education
Nobles are very well educated, the rest of the populace is not
Infrastructure
The capital is defended by a wall. Road systems are poor, and there is little to no sewage systems outside of the capital.
