Leiros, a seed of curiosity

A world created by the curiosity of one Goddess, the curiosity that brought her to create life. Leiros, like many beings that sparked change before her, was curious. Curious about life and creation and curious about, curiosity. So she decided to create a plane of her own, one away form the home of the gods.

Eos, are the gods still there?

The 5th Era of Eos knows the first semblance of peace since the end of "The Great War of the Mutterreich". The war was the end of the 4th Era and ended with the Killing of King Albrecht von Uhren II, when 6 heroes fought him destroying an ancient item known as "The Device". The Device was used by King Albrecht to lock the Gods away, he turned the 4th Era to an age of men. It's destruction led to the destruction of a large portion of Eos, a whole country known as Das Weisslands, a wasteland, barren and unliving for years. The Continent of Eos is now in a state of political flux, and has been in the 200 or so years since the war.   Since the war, the Gods have been more active in the lives of mortals, some say they are afraid of what happened with Albrecht, afraid that they may be dictated, sealed again, forgotten. The god's are vying for favour, trying to keep people invested in them, the more they are worshiped the greater their power.   How will our heroes integrate with it, will they aid the political struggles or take advantage of the varying degrees of anarchy? How do our heroes regard the gods, have they been spurned by them, do they love them, revere them, fear them, wish to be them?
