This Human male is a rather good but older looking gentleman. He is somebody that prefers to look his best at all moments.

He's not very impressive physically however he's not sick or fat by any means. He has broad shoulders and quite a stern look on his face

He has a quirk to always clean or to fix things. He usually stands behind the bar cleaning glass

Education
Although he does prefer not to fight and have a discussion amoung other things he is trained himself specifically to wield a rapier. This suits his own fighting style very well. He is quite versitile in the languages he is fluent in common, halfling, drawish and gnomish. mostly self taught out of neccesity for the organisation.
Employment
He was a hardworking man as one of the buttlers of the noble (think of name). However one day he helped unknowingly helped a person which he shouldn't have. He was then fired by them. He went on then to wonder for a while and a man under the name of The Hawk. He gave me some odd jobs and I eventually worked my way up to be known as The guardian.
