Vilvara

Vilvara is the largest and most prosperous city of Kotsia. Originally taken as the seat of power by Kraem in the 36th Year of Record, and made the Capital of Kiulmaa as the region became its own sovereign power. Following his death, he was later interred there, and the city eventually became a site of importance to the Church of the Hero King.
