Cagoule Andronican
Constructed from similar technology to the Mirador, the Andronican Cowl is a powerful tool
for a sufficiently skilled Librarian. The cowl’s technology is fundamentally the same as that of a Psychic Hood, but
capable of far more accurately detecting changes to the flows and tides of the Immaterium. A perceptive Librarian can
turn that precision to his advantage, discerning the actions of enemy psykers and moving to halt them. The Andronican
Cowl is a Psychic Hood, which grants a +20 bonus to all Focus Power Tests made to nullify enemy psychic powers. In
addition, the Andronican Cowl grants the wearer a +10 bonus to all Psyniscience Tests. The Andronican Cowl has a
Requisition Value of 50 and requires a Renown Rank of Hero to obtain.
