Religious Head of Hillenism

The Alstiseria, or Elder Sister, is the head of Hillenēq Hūril. Her duty is to interpret Aprēa's messages, to guide the faithful, to rule over the Alstiseriaic of Athe and to call for new Divine Marches whenever they are necessary.
