Selvek the Judicious

Selvek the Judicious was designed by the Order of Collective Protection to protect the city of Goldmistral. However, the directives he was assigned and the actions of the OCP's other members were usually in direct opposition.
As a result Selvek fled the city, into space, where he met Bryan Brynalds. Selvek is obsessed with the idea of protecting average people from the law itself, which he deems lawless.
