A chest poison trap that triggers when the lock is opened or when the defusion attempt fails, dealing 4d6 poison damage (Con save DC 12 to halve) and leaves the target poisoned, taking 1d4 damage each hour. The character can make a Constitution saving throw each day to get rid of the poison
To identify it: Investigation (on the chest) DC 13 or Perception (on the room) DC 23
To disarm it: Prestidigitation DC 15
