Imperial Throne
Seat of Imperial Power
"Arslan, your father once sat on this throne. From here he was able to extend his reach to the furthest towns and villages in the empire, command armies, and win battles. From here I gave proclamations that connected people, saved lives, and created purpose. Some day, when you are older, you will sit upon it too. Then, at that time, you will be able to do what you need to for everyone in the empire will be depending on you."-Empress Enkhtuya Dodai
An Imposing Throne
The imperial throne is made out of stone harvested from the peak of Mount Baraat - the location at which Temur Dodai first tamed a ketzlat. It was crafted during the reign of the second Emperor, Tolon Dodai. Emblazened in gold at the top of the back is the emblem of Bral, though the insignia differs slightly from its modern counterpart. Originally located at the (old center of imperial power), it was moved when the Tolon sought to consolodate power and the new capital was created. Every Emperor since has sat on the throne and it is said that even when the Emperor is elsewhere, his presence lingers on it.Stub Article
