Ugdenfal
The first oar of Ceslovas.
"When the First River Queen awoke, she first saw the General, who had died to the first volley of arrows. Then the other members of her force. She was there on the River of Reincarnation but there was no time. So she pleaded with Ceslovas to let her borrow his oar and his raft so that she may return to life faster than a burdened craft and save her people.
We don't know why but he agreed. Perhaps it was pity, perhaps her personality was overwhelming, either way, when she appeared on the river and rallied her forces, they found a decisive victory at what is now the city of Soksu. They say that she suffered wounds that should have killed her but she stayed standing."
Tool of Reincarnation
This old, ruined, paddle is said to have belonged to Ceslovas, the one who ferries the dead to reincarnation. As the legend goes, it was given to the First River Queen when she could not wait for the burdened raft of soldiers who died alongside her in battle. Ceslovas gave her his oar so that she may go on ahead and be reborn faster to end the fighting.

Lost in the River
After the Battle of Soksu the First River Queen dropped Ugdenfal into the river, with the intention that it would be returned to the hands of Ceslovas. It must never have arrived because during the Time of Rebuilding it was discovered by one of the Drifters. It was stolen from them and ended up in the hands of the bandit warlord Gurshan Tobra who ransacked villages along the rivers for many years before eventually the oar was stolen from him and he died to an arrow in the knee which caused him to fall into the river. The current location of the Ugdenfal is unknown.Stub Article
