Strange being, empowered by an ancient evil artifact. Probably thousands of years old, and now "Mistress of the Tower" ruling a valley south of the Sudarnen Badlands from a crystal tower that looks like a massive crystal spike hurled down like a meteor to blast a bit in the earth from which it rises like some terrible remnant of ancient horror. Revealed to be a Warlock serving "The Worm That Walks", a being from beyond reality that seeks illicit entrance to this reality.
