Firebornes

Firebornes are the most elit infantry unit in whole Rosenhelm army. They start training since the age of five. They prohibited to take any types of drugs including alcohol and tobacco. Also, they aren't allowed to marry or have a child. All their equipment is made of prifium which has resistance to extreme heat. Firebornes serve as bodyguards of royal family in peacetime. During the war they attack as an avangard. They have great physical strength and colossal mental stability. Moreover, they can't be burned either in a fire or in lava. Firebornes must never take off their helmets in public.

Squad of firebornes consist of 500 men.

Equipment

Firebornes wear magma colored armor which is made of prifium.

Weaponry

Firebornes usually use fire blades. On the other hand, they are masters of all kinds of weapons known in Rosenhelm Kingdom.

Structure

Only king of Rosenhelm can command firebornes.

Tactics

They are equally effective battling in groups or alone. Oftenly they form square and use this formation to defend or attack.

Training

Firebornes have been training since their childhood at the Royal Military Academy. However, to become fireborn boy must drink potion called Dragon Blessing. Once he done that he may or may not survive. If potential fireborn survives he will develop resistance to fire. This fact is tested during ceremonial burning after which potential candidate became official fireborn.

All supplies that fireborns need are stored at the warehouse of RMA.

Upkeep

Firebornes are trained to use only that amount of supplies which neccessary for them to maintain their top physical and mental form.

Recruitment

Only sons of veterans of Rosenhelm army can become Firebornes. After parents decide to send their child to this training, king of Rosenhelm himself examining potential candidate and only if he approves future fireborn this child is transpoted to Royal Military Academy and stays there for the rest of his life.
