Tsuyoi Otokotachi

They moved through the street, pushing anyone who got in their way. Their flamboyancy matching their aggression. A poor old merchant trying to get his cart from the street stood in their path. They eyed the old man with a glare of impatience and disgusts before cutting him down before all in the market row. Walking away laughing, they continued down the street and a pool of blood slowly roll downhill behind them.

An account from the Market Square
The Tsuyoi Otokotachi are wandering gangs of samurai in the Kiyoka that are known for their violent and shameful behavior, such as bullying townsfolk and those of lower class, indulging in protection rackets, robbing merchants, shops, and townfolks. There have been multiple cases of the gang members cutting people down civilians simply to test a new sword or larger-scale violent incidents are common in areas where multiple gangs could be found, particularly in large cities. Wrestling, loud singing, and dancing in the streets are also common, as are fighting between gangs after dark.   Members of Tsuyoi Otokotachi are mostly made up of young men on the fringes of the samurai class. Many are younger sons who were not in line to inherit, while others are low-ranking samurai, manservants, or ronin. Some were members of court aristocrat families.
