Sakamata

Sakamata is the kitsune goddess of victory. Sakamata's clergy maintain a global ranking of combat process of both all members of their church as well as notable non-members. While Sakamata was still alive, the top ten members where allowed to spar Sakamata once a year, and the top member was declared Archpriest. If defeated even once, the title and responsibilities would be passed on to the victor. Sakamata took a personal interest in the development of steamjacks and developed combat protocols for the mechs that would work with a variety of weapons.
