The Imperial Army and Guard is beginning construction--with help from the Imperial Magical Society--to construct a War Machine Golem.
IMPERIAL POLICE/GUARDS/PATROL Known in some places for its strong use of force to intervene in any events, and sometimes where no un-lawful event has taken place.  There are some that are downright Brutal when provoked. There is a movement in the Senate to lawfully prohibit such behavior, and some even move to address the disparity of wealth in the Patrol's targeting. But the Empire drags its feet on this, neither supporting nor denying, and drawing out the debate (they hope until it's no longer an issue).
