Jack City: Assassin from the Darsantis

The Assassain Chanti (See MAFIA, Assassin, in MMPF2e) will track the characters, watching, waiting for a chance to kill all of them in one situation, then exit cleanly without any trace of the Darsanti name. Chanti is careful, and patient, not losing sight but staying out of view.
On his person is this note, this missive:
"Dear Chanti, spare not one of them. Work at night and make sure they are dead. They know too much. Kill them swfitly, before Jabba can enlist them to his service. Make hast, dear Chanti; make haste.... Signed --Kora"
