Jack City: Tiggaroo and the Jeweled Dagger

Tigaroo found a jeweled dagger on the ground in Fulkas and is now parading it around Middle Jack, bragging and boasting of it. Needless to say, he's drawing attention, but he claims it to be magic (it's not), and there's a certain fear that commoners have it. He's quite a boaster, intimidating.
Now the Drow are after him, or a troop of orcs; he's not sure. But he's afraid, wants to get out of town. Asks for an escort to Tellarus if possible. "Then, when I sell the weapon in Tellarus, I'll give you a portion, and we'll part ways. I know a good deal about the Skummroad; I've traveled it myself."
Tigaroo is a gnomish commoner, an easy-going fellow for one spotted by Drow for death.
Tigaroo's Dagger: A solidly constructed dagger with an amethyst pommel and two dark amethyst runes, one on either side of the base of the blade: Runes giving it a +1 attack and damage.  And it looks maginificent too.
