- Beautiful look out over the Lower Merchants district, across the Salty River to High Tellarus, its castles and manors, with the Imperial Palace and its grounds at the top
- Cleaner and more well kept
- More guard presence here, people seem calmer and of more confident bearing
- Lots of laborers, also more finely dressed people, and often in groups
- Buildings are generally kept up to date, newer
- More shopfronts, better kept, with projecting signs, ets.
- Ware-hawkers in the streets calling
- Some crumbling a bit, but most of sound yellow stone and mortar
Through the Southern Gutter, streets
- into winding streets, easy to get lost

THE TRINKOVIAN HIGHTOWER
- To oversee the lowly people of the Gutter, to give them something to look up to
- Building materials coming up the hill and from the eastern gutter
- The Blue View tavern nearby, with Trinkovian soldiers eating and drinking
- LANS: Will see Azaar and give him teasing trouble

FUN WITH A FEW IMPERIAL GUARDS
- Guardhouse with two guarding and two inside playing cards
- Two guarding watch with frowns as the party passes

- When you arrive there will be two peasants there buying a cooking pot, fussing over it
- Buyer’s Way leads north into Central Gutter and south into L Merchants Distric
- (a winding and changing avenue), also leads to the east (to Ebeneezer Cemetary)
