Death's Touch

This is a side effect of some magical spell mishaps.  It has no damaging effect to the target, and is named for the bleached bone look the bearer is forevermore afflicted with.  This can effect Hair, and eyes, but most often it is seen in the pigment of the skin.
This effect is permanent and is seen as a mark of ineptitude in the magical arts.
