Uses, Products & Exploitation
Dwarves will often use naturally growing clusters of miners delight to locate veins of different ores. Although it is most commonly used in dwarven foods, it is extremely nutritious and is very easy for them to grow. It is also used to create a special type of dwarven ale that is very popular with the humans.
Elves use the miner's delight in potions, mostly, but the golden dust on top can be collected and used as a garnish in fancy restaurants.

These small mushrooms live in caverns underground and are most often found growing in and around Dwarf settlements. Whether that is because they spawn there naturally or because the dwarves cultivate them is unknown.
