Research entryway
Entries
The main, official entry way is mostly blocked by shrubbery at this point. A large tree is growing in front of it but there is room to squeeze through if you so desire. Other than that there are a number of ways inside due to the fact that the building is falling apart. The walls are crumbling and missing in some places and there's no roof to speak of.
There is the remains of an archway leading into a second room. This doorway is unobscured.
Sensory & Appearance
The building is old, and the farther you venture inside the more uncomfortable you get. There are skeletons to be found scattered around the place and if you venture too close to them there is a chance that they will rise.
(roll a DC 10 when within 10 feet of one, if you roll below a ten the skeleton will rise and attack.)
Thorny bushes have crept in through the cracks in the walls and have taken the bookshelves lining the back wall. There are small dead animals caught in the branches or fallen on the floor below them.
There are three stone benches set up against the walls, stained with long dried blood, and dark smudge marks.
Contents & Furnishings
There are three stone benches and two large book cases lining the back wall of the room. Books are strewn across the floor, pages ripped and scattered.
Valuables
There are books on the bookshelves that might be of interest. Books on anatomy, demonology, ancient rituals and spells. Books written in ancient languages long since forgotten.

Hazards & Traps
There are thorny vines and bushes everywhere, but expecially around the entrances and the bookshelves. If you go near either of these things you need to roll dexterity to see if you avoid getting caught in them,
Some of these may be alive and attack you, trying to grapple you. These plants dig their thorns into you and feed on your blood.
