Qualifications

Whatever qualifications the original Coronal who appointed her deemed important have long since been forgotten.

Duties

• locate and train new recruits for the skygard
• maintain skygard morale
• Keep the Coronal happy and secure

Responsibilities

• Advise the Coronal in any matter she deems appropriate, but especially when it comes to the war or the Humans.
• Make and execute plans regarding the war with the Humans.  Direct the war efforts.
• Direct the Skygard
• Protect the people of the Elvenar.
• selecting Ambassators to act and advise in her stead when she cannot do so.
• listen to reports from her soldiers
• handle any prisoners brought before her and carry out their sentence.
• handle any serious issues that arise in the ranks of her army.

Benefits

She has the ear of any of the elven ruling parties (save for the drow). She has the freedom to act in the good of the Elvenar without fear of retrebution from the Coronal.
