The Shadow Organization

The vast majority of changelings do not have any affiliations with either side of the war and have their own personal spy network that is seeded inside either side of the war.
Because their people are scattered and live in small groups, usually hamlets, this organization isn't very large, although most changelings will gladly take a mission if someone requests it of them.
They have their own secret spy code only known to them.

History

This orginization didn't show up until after the changelings noticed a significant drop in their population. For reasons unknown to them many people had been going missing and no one ever saw them again. With tensions high on both sides of the war, they banded together and send people into the different civilizations to figure out where all their missing people were going. When both sides were discovered to have changeling slaves they set about trying to rescue who they could...only to realize that this only caused many of  their spies to go missing as well. While it is still a priority to free their people if at all possible it is usually too dangerous to their operatives to do so, and it is far more important to protect their innocent from being taken in the first place.  And while it is too dangerous for most changelings to do...there are other orginizations that are more than willing to try and help right these wrongs.
