Barra L'eralk, is the orginised criminal underground orginisation that permiates the city. If anyone needs somthing smuggled in or out of the city, something stolen, or somone dissapeared, it is Barra L'eralk that is likely to take the job.

Structure

The orginization is run by the barra ventash'ma at the top and every other role is assigned by them. There is intentionally not structure beyond that, to alow for the most possible versatility and deniability.
