The Battle of Northerndale

The Battle of Northerndale was a bloody military conflict that united the Kingdoms of Ha'Rel , Oldann and Draiwen against the Kingdom of Northerndale on Anor  . The battle lasted less than three months but proved to be one of the bloodiest conflicts in Anor's history.

History

In 6948 BCE the Kingdoms of Anor were unified under a common assurance treaty made by King Jambi of Ha'Rel . The treaty, signed by the Kingdoms of Ha'Rel, Oldann, Draiwen and Northerndale, ensured that no Kingdom would go rogue and all Kingdoms would unite as a continent against any adversaries that opposed Anor, outside or within, and their way of living. Northerndale broke this promise. Word went out that they were dabbling in the dark arts, arts that none of the Kingdoms knew of, and were anticipating building an army of supernatural origin. A letter from the three Kingdoms was sent forth to Northerndale to cease and dismiss all activities that relates to the dark arts, however, they sent a letter of dissent. The three Kingdoms formed a coalition and attacked Northerndale which laid waste to the northern part of Anor. Northerndale made it almost three months before their defenses failed and ultimately succumbed to the weight of the Kingdoms. This battle was referred to The Battle of Northerndale due to the catastrophic losses each side endured during the 3 month battle.
