Archduke Gerhart Ludwig

Gerhert is the Archduke of Ludwig. Gerhert is the son of the founder of the Neutralist Faction and the current leader of the faction. Under Gerhert's command the Neutralist Faction gained a member in Thomases because of their need for support after their decrease in food production the year they joined. Gerhert is a stedfast man.
