Caster Devices are specially designed devices that take shells infused with certain types of magic to fire from them. It is rumored that the shells number from 00 to 99, have different effects based on their number and get more intense the higher the number goes. Caster Rods come in Wands, Staffs, Rods, and Cannon variants.
