Count Reino Scholz

Reino is the Count of Scholz. Reino is a veteran of the last war and lost his eye in one of the many combats he saw. Reino has been known to be run a casino within his province, the only faction that allowed him to do this was the Noble Faction and thus he joined them. Reino is a stoic man.
