The Imperium

The Imperium was the continent spanning human empire that fall about between 500 and 700 years prior to the current date of the setting. The Imperium spanned the entirety of Sinya for centuries after the Royal Family conquered and united it against it's enemies. Their enemies were plentiful, some that were included were many of the Elf Nations, the Collective of the Sun, the Hobgoblin Kingdom of Grak(Now UCGS), Dragon Provinces of Andune(Split into Osk and Ragoth), just to name a few. The Royal Family was known as the Lovilkeinay(Lov-Ilk-Ein-A) and they are supposedly the ancestors of almost every leading family in the human kingdoms with the Empire of Einhorn, the Empire of Sokolov, the Kingdom of Tremblay, and the Kingdom of Wilk all being able to track their family names partially back to the Imperium's ruling family name with Einhorn being Volilk-ein-ay, Sokolov being Lov-ilkeinay, Tremblay being Lovilkein-ay, and Wilk being Lov-ilk-einay.
The Imperium fell after the death of the Final Emperor of the Imperium, during the fight for succession that basically lead to the nation being torn apart because all the factions split under their Imperial Family member into separate countries. It is known that the Empire split into several hundred nations but now their only exists 10 remaining after around 600 years of conquest and alliances.
