Brethren of the Isles

A loose confederation of pirates who rule once ruled the Craven Islands. Within this brotherhood, there are several if not hundreds of factions and captains. However, it is generally agreed upon that three captains stand above the rest: Savage, Warmonger, and Copper Quint.
