Lurkers

Though a broad term, lurkers often refer to the Erinthian privateers which prowl the waters. They are as bad as pirates, though they work under the banner of several Erinthian vaegars.
Vaegars are houses in Erinthian culture, all of whom have a shared control in the government. A vaegar is a powerful House, the head of which acts almost as a senator would in a republic. However, proceedings between Houses is rarely democratic and more a political theater played out by power hungry vipers.
