As one of the more technologically-advanced US cities, Chicago has shifted from its old citywide operating system to a new, more powerful — and therefore creepier — OS.   With technological advancement comes technological deviance. Grey- and black-hat hackers alike seek to manipulate Thompson & Royal Laboratories’ innovations to suit their needs. Naturally, more bad guys means more good guys who want to stop them...you just find them in unexpected places.
