Harbin Wester

Harbin Wester is the current townmaster of Phandalin, a portly and somewhat cowardly human man. He tends to avoid confrontations and prefers to handle disputes through paperwork rather than direct action. Despite his timid nature, Harbin is responsible for maintaining the town's records and overseeing local matters. His primary concern is keeping Phandalin peaceful and prosperous.
