Vahlrell

The elven civilization of Vahlrell is one of the oldest in all of Lothien. They originated on the same landmass they live on now, but farther west of the main castle. For thousands and thousands of years, they have led a peaceful kingdom, using old magic. They are a high elf society, and were a large influence in resources and weapons (bows, dragons, etc) during the 1000 year war—magical barriers and security protects their kingdom from intruders, so they did not have to worry about the war coming to their steps while supporting only one side. Their main export is prismarine—a form of tiling formed by rocks from the local mountains and mines, crafted with specific magical procedures. They have befriended dragons as tradition for millennia, and use them as pets and transportation across Lothien. Once the war ended, they donated a large amount of prismarine towards the building of the Empire’s capital.
