Ralish (Raw-lish)

What is the Ralish Language?

The ralish Language is one of the ancient languages that helped develop the Lovian language. Ralish has rarely spoken anymore, but some people learn Ralish. Only a few people can speak this language in society today, at least that's what people think. In the secret civilization, they all speak Ralish, but the civilization is a rumor that most people call fantasy.

History of Ralish

Ralish used to be spoken by both Nostralovish and Lovian people, back then there were four tribes. Two of those tribes spoke Ralish, but the other two spoke another ancient language. The language is possible for kids to study in high school, but hardly any kids learn it. Out of those kids, hardly any of them remember what they learned. Ralish died out as tribes began to combine together, and began being spoken by the nostravolish mainly. When the nostravolish were colonized their language was slowly stripped from them, and they started being taught lovely. By the end of the colonial era, only the priests and the chief still could speak the language.

Parts of Ralish still used

The Ralish Language's sentence structure carried on to the Lovian language, as well as a few phrases and words. The word Sensluve is a ralish word that is still used in lovian, and used everyday. Most of the words related to the royal family are words from the Ralish language, such as the phrase te luve which means your majesty, and the phrase Te lufu which means the leader. Another phrase is te herluve which means the heir of lovely. The language has influenced the pronunciation of most lovian words which lacks a official alpabet.
