Unno-Iara

Once the wife of Astejore's founding ancestor, Unno-Iara's given name was buried from the moment she was exiled north by her husband. In Tenwä, exile might as well be a death sentence, but the scorned chieftess was not alone. Despite her crimes of kidnapping, murder and experimentation on fellow tribesmen, her discoveries and secret knowledge were coveted by a few in the clan. Coveted enough that, with her leave, others followed her north to the Nightlands. 
There in the frozen tundra, amongst dwarf birches and snow-covered moss, she continued her studies with newfound freedom as her followers, the Noliur, came every year bearing gifts of captives from the southern lands.
