A ropemaker in Ladeisk
Through divination, Malina Petrovna discovered that a certain ropemaker was in possession of a wondrous Bag of Holding. Lokan then went to see him and attempted to purchase it, but the ropemaker asked for 100 rubles, and would not trade for a supposedly magic earring Lokan had. He did, however, refer Lokan to his fisherman cousin, who might potentially be interested in the earring.
