A West Gate guard
This is a guard employed at the West Gate of Udyn, which is also located at the edge of the Nart Quarter. Lokan attempted to sneak a dagger and a whip in his purse past the guard, but the guard demanded to search him, discovered them, and confiscated them. He seems impervious to being bullshitted, and may have taken a dislike to Lokan.
He likely lives in Udyn.
He appears in Chapter 10.
