Igor

Igor is a young man in Kabanovka. He seems to have been in cohoots with Klava to steal some jewelry from Vladimir, and set some effigies in the fields on fire to create a distraction for her to do it. He was apprehended, and after trying vainly to defend himself, confessed to the crime.
