Magnus Ragnarsson

Magnus is a Rover, a lieutenant in the service of *Sigurd, a sometime associate and now rival of Rurik Halfdansson. He showed up in Zaozerye in the company of a half dozen other Rovers, apparently to extort tribute and to consult with the nearby Volkhvy at the Temple of the Lipovane.
