The Raven Tsar

The ruler of Ravenkind reputedly lives in the Realm of Raven Mountain. He occasionally emerges in the Visible World, to hunt large prey, or seek treasure. He has many children, grandchildren, and other descendants who attempt to seek out his domain.
The Raven Tsar can appear in multiple forms, though he prefers those of a giant raven, and a raven hybrid. In all forms, he tends to wear precious jewelry - bracelets, necklaces, or crowns. Though he cares little for humans, he will occasionally honor the entreaties of honest supplicants, and has even been known to pay restitution for damage he or his servants caused.
Recently, Miroslav has claimed to be his son.
