Two scruffy men on the road

These two men were encountered by Lokan and Malina after they followed some footprints away from two sacks of oats they found in the woods, two hours west of Ladeisk. The men had apparently tried to rob some rider who ended up getting away. After the two Serpent Slayers tracked them to a campsite, the scruffy men had a conversation with Malina that ended up devolving into threats, and Lokan shot one of them through the heart. The other fled.
