Vova

Vova is a young man from the village of Tsaplia. Along with friends Oleg, Ivan and Masha he went wandering in the woods, drank from a Pool of Changes that he didn't know had been there previously, and was partially transformed into a donkey. His friends were also changed into animals - Masha into a cow, Oleg into a bear, etc. They have not been seen since the transformation.
Vova was rescued from his condition by Plamen, and then conducted back to Tsaplia by the rest of the Yokels. Along the way, he became enamored of Sasha, and tried to get her to stay with him in the village. He currently lives there with his mother and father, and has other relatives  (at least an uncle) around.
