Zayats

A trapper in the employ of Rurik Halfdansson. He came to Bychii Brod to report certain distrubances in the forest. He also brought Mikhailo, whom he had recently met, to seek work with the boyar. Mikhailo, overcome by some strange madness, killed Rurik's son, Oleg, and several of those present there thought Zayats was to blame.
Zayats is a hare  shapeshifters.
