10th Session

General Summary

The party gets a ride from a group of Watermen for 356 sp each. they stop for the north of the Ruben border. The Watermen told them that there was a village about a 30 minute walk east of the camp that had an inn they could stay at. About halfway there, the party stumbles across a group of thugs harassing an old man. They kill 4 of the thugs and chase off a 5th after intimidatingly them failed. 
The old man was weeping and talking incoherently. Caspian and Theo recognized some Time Clanish words and Caspian spoke in Time Clanish to help calm him down. Ellie looked him over and he didn't seem too injured but something seems very off with him. He mentions herbs and a friend but seems lost and says his name is Zach (Zachary). Caspian tracks him and they find his friend's camp.   
The man in the camps comes over, cleans Zach up and tells him to go lay down. He then introduces himself as Dan (Danial Peddler) and gives the party 5 Lesser Healing Potions as a thanks for bringing Zach back and explains that Zach got major head injury a long time ago and gets "confused". Ellie asks Dan to teach her how to make healing potions which he does. Dan invites the party to share his campfire and his stew. Tasha starts playing songs around the campfire, when Zach requests stories about Andrew Goldblade. Dan pays Tasha a gold piece for obliging him and the party rest for the night.

The pary is traveling to Tenpolis. They fight off thugs harassing a confused old man and find his friend. The friend teaches Ellie how to make potions of healing.
